Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the the nature of made-to-order handmade ceramics, we do not offer returns for any reason other than damages in shipping. If, for any reason, your item arrives damaged, you will be offered either a full refund OR an replacement. 

To complete your return, we require an order number and photographic evidence of the breakage sent to hello@lindseylavalle.com. In the body of the email, please also note your preference for refund or exchange.

Once your email is received and inspected, we will let you know that it has been received and what our next course of action is going to be.

If you have selected a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to either your original method of payment or as a LindseyLaValle.com Gift Certificate. 

If you have selected an exchange, then the new item will be shipped as soon as it has been made. Please remember, this is a made-to-order studio, and it is rare to have extras available for shipping, so normally the 4-6 week production schedule will apply.
